In 2009 we introduced our line of Clad-Foam Insulated Van Bodies which have become quite popular.  Our Clad Foam bodies offer polyurethane solid wall foam insulation with wood stiffeners and gel coat finish on each side.  Panels are offered in 2” and 3” overall width to obtain maximum “R” ratings.  The standard aluminum foam insulated bodies are still available upon request with a variety of floor selections, linings, and foam thickness.

Our aluminum bodies are built with the highest quality .040 aluminum side wall panels, which are glued and double row riveted to our signature “hat” posts in lieu of industry standard “Z” posts makes our bodies structurally more stable.   We use extruded aluminum radius front corner posts, with cast aluminum corners and laminated hardwood floors, which are fully varnished. This body can be built with a variety of interior options from slat or plywood lining along with many options for cargo control and floor scuff liners.  All Z-Bodies come in a variety of sizes from 10’ to 28’ in length and from 84” – 102” on the inside height, widths are available in 96” or 102” overall.
